These terms apply to purchases from MatchaRated, operated by Barry Howe, trading as MatchaRated (United Kingdom), [UK ADDRESS]. Contact: admin@matcharated.com.

Products

We sell optional recognition kits to clubs that have received a MatchaRated rating: Pro Digital Kit ($29, digital download), Framed Studio Kit ($149, includes printed items) and Signature Kit ($299, includes printed items and a Spotlight feature). Prices are in USD, one-time per review year, and shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Independence

Ratings are independent and data-driven. Buying, or not buying, a kit never changes a rating, rank, badge or listing order.

Delivery

Digital kits are delivered by email or download link, usually within 3 business days. Printed items are made on demand after you approve a proof, and are typically delivered within 5–15 business days depending on location.

Use of materials

Kit materials may be displayed only by the club named on them, for the stated review year. Materials may not be altered to misrepresent a rating.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
