Refund Policy

Digital kits (Pro Digital Kit)

You can request a full refund at any time before the kit is downloaded or delivered. Once digital files have been delivered or downloaded, the sale is final, except where the files are faulty and we cannot fix them.

Printed, print-on-demand items (Framed Studio Kit, Signature Kit)

Physical items are printed to order. You can cancel for a full refund before printing begins (i.e. before you approve the proof). After printing, refunds or free replacements are given only if an item arrives damaged or defective; please email a photo within 14 days of delivery.

How to request

Email admin@matcharated.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

A refund never affects your club's rating.
