What we collect

When you buy: name, club name, city, email, phone (for printed kits) and delivery address. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. For ratings we use publicly available information about clubs and information clubs choose to share.

Why

To fulfil orders, provide support, verify certificates and meet legal and tax obligations.

Sharing

Only with service providers needed to deliver your order (e.g. Stripe for payments, print and courier partners for physical items). We do not sell personal data.

Retention & rights

We keep order records as required for tax purposes. Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
