Terms of Use

This site is run by MatchaRated Pilates, trading as MatchaRated ("we"). By using it you accept these terms. Version 18 October 2026.

1. Nature of content

All ratings, scores and rankings are opinions based on our methodology and public data. Nothing on the site is professional, medical or fitness advice.

2. No endorsement or affiliation

Inclusion does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by or of, the listed business or person.

3. Ranking transparency

Rankings are determined by the factors and weights in our methodology: public reputation, social presence, facility and equipment, team, and programme and credibility. Verification and any paid services do not affect scores. Any paid placements will be labelled "Sponsored".

4. Corrections and removal

Businesses and individuals may request a correction, a right of reply, or removal of personal data by emailing [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve within 7 days.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including under UK consumer law or the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, scores and methodology are owned by MatchaRated Pilates. Third-party names and trade marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

7. Verification

Studios and instructors who verify a profile also accept our Verification Terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.

MatchaRated scores and rankings are editorial opinions of MatchaRated Pilates, formed by applying our published methodology to publicly available information (including social media metrics, public signals and published certifications) as of the date shown. They are not statements of fact about the quality, safety or qualifications of any studio or instructor, and are not endorsements. Listed businesses have not necessarily reviewed or approved their listing. Verification confirms only that a business has claimed its profile and does not change its score. Information may be incomplete or out of date. To report an error or request removal, email [email protected].
